Job Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly revenue targets through implementation of Pvolve’s sales process designed to preserve monthly membership draft
• Preserve product mix and established monthly rates; collect any outstanding dues
• Implement member retention strategies to increase loyalty and drive member referrals
• Self-generate leads via grassroots marketing, partnerships, and member referrals
• Schedule and participate in local networking and community events • Recruit, train, schedule and supervise sales staff
• Assist with management of trainers
• Evaluate performance of sales staff and instruct on methods of improvement
• Enforce all policies and procedures
•Maintain studio cleanliness and organization
• Manage inventory and organization of all administrative supplies and forms
• Deliver daily results recap
• Any other duties as assigned by owner
Requirements:
• 2+ years of retail, service, or fitness or membership sales experience
• Target-driven with a proven track record in achieving sales quotas
• Adept in self-generating leads via community events, partnerships, and member referrals
• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in-person, via phone and email
• Passionate about fitness
• Highly organized; able to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Professional, trustworthy, and punctual
• Proficient with client management software
• Ability to manage and drive multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with morning and evening availability
• Previous management or supervisory experience required
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat and organized
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information
• Ability to work harmoniously with co-workers, clients, and the general public
