Support toddlers in routines such as diapering, potty training, feeding and napping.
Observe and document children's developmental progress and behaviors
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain classroom organization and compliance with licensing standards.
Follow the center's policies, procedures, and curriculum guidelines,
Attend staff meetings and required training sessions.
Model respectful behavior and encourage positive social interactions among children.
