Job Description Location: Nationwide (Travel Required) Travel: 100% We are seeking an experienced Traveling Construction Superintendent to support federal construction projects across the U.S., primarily with USACE and NAVFAC contracts. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can step into active projects, maintain momentum, and ensure full compliance with federal standards while managing field operations from start to finish. You will play a critical role in delivering high-quality projects on schedule, while maintaining strict adherence to safety, quality control, and government regulations. Key Responsibilities • Lead and oversee all on-site construction activities for federal projects, • Coordinate subcontractors, field staff, and project stakeholders to ensure efficient execution, • Maintain project schedules, budgets, and daily reporting, • Ensure compliance with USACE/NAVFAC standards and project specifications, • Enforce EM 385-1-1 safety regulations and site safety protocols, • Collaborate with Quality Control and Project Management teams to maintain compliance and performance, • Conduct site inspections, manage RFIs, and support project closeout processes, • Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for project executionWhat We’re Looking For, • Minimum 10+ years of experience on federal construction projects valued at $20M or more, • Proven experience working on USACE and/or NAVFAC projects, • Active CQM-C Certification (Construction Quality Management for Contractors), • Strong knowledge of EM 385-1-1 safety requirements, • Demonstrated ability to manage field operations on complex, multi-phase projects, • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, • Ability to mobilize quickly and adapt to different project sites nationwide, • Willingness to travel extensively across the U.S.Why Join Us?, • Work on high-impact federal projects across the country, • Join a team that values execution, accountability, and field leadership, • Opportunity to step into critical roles where your experience directly impacts project successTotal Rewards & Benefits, • Salary: $90,000 – $120,000 (based on experience), • Full Benefits Package (medical, dental, vision), • Lodging Provided for travel assignments, • 401(k) with Company Match, • Travel-related expenses coveredApply Today!
