Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Proficient in reading and accurately following recipes. Flexibility to accommodate customer demands, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Good planning and organizational skills. Basic math and computer skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team. Creativity and artistic skills for decorating baked goods.
