Role Overview: We are seeking a friendly and reliable Barista to lead drink preparation while supporting overall front-of-house service. This role is primarily responsible for preparing high-quality hot and cold beverages, while also assisting with gelato service during busy periods. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in maintaining a clean and welcoming workspace. Required Qualifications: • 18+ years of age., • Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment., • Reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions., • Comfortable handling food and following hygiene/sanitation guidelines., • Ability to lift 25+ lbs, and to stand for long periods of time., • Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications: • Previous experience as a barista., • Familiarity with espresso machines and drink preparation., • Experience in food service or customer service., • Interest in coffee, gelato, or hospitality., • Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy periods.

We are looking for two experienced baristas for one of our client locations. The ideal candidates will be personable, friendly, respectful, communicative, have at least 2 years barista experience and is bilingual (English/Spanish). Pay rate is up to $20/hour plus tips, based on relative experience. This position offers paid time off, insurance after 30 days, employee discounts and personal flex days.
