Cafecito Social is looking for an opening shift barista who can run the morning independently. Be at the shop by 6 AM, set up the bar, make great drinks, keep things clean and stocked until noon. Same days, same hours, every week. More fill in shifts are also available. You need at least 6 months of barista experience. We'll train you on our menu, but you need to know your way around a machine. You need to be reliable and punctual. This is a small team and every shift matters. If we can't count on you at 6 AM, this isn't the right fit. Required: Wed-Sun availability. Food Handler's Certificate We offer a consistent schedule, free coffee on shift, a respectful team, and room to grow. The coffee is traceable back to the farm it came from.

The Butler Cafe has a total of 3 locations: 350 Warren Street (Inside CoolVines Powerhouse) 276 Grove Street (Coffee Cart, outside CoolVines Grove) 12 Coles Street (Inside Maxwell Alley) 15-20 hours per week, starting $16 an hour plus tips. As Barista, you will be the front line of product and service excellence that we aim to provide. You will greet customers, take orders, and prepare and serve drinks. You will also maintain a clean and well-stocked workspace and dining area, update displays, and continuously expand your knowledge of beverage quality controls, preparation methods, and presentation. At Powerhouse, you will also work closely with the Market Manager to ensure the market is well stocked and orders are received in a timely fashion. At CoolVines, attitude and energy are preeminent, and it will be no different at The Butler Café. Our Baristas are expected to be positive, friendly, knowledgeable, and passionate about all things coffee. Experience is a plus - latte art skills are highly prized! - though demonstration of your dedication to learning and love of coffee and service may be sufficient, as training will be available.
