Qualifications Previous barista or coffee experience preferred, with a strong understanding of coffee preparation techniques. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clientele. Experience in food service or the food industry is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours. Knowledge of retail math principles related to sales and inventory management is beneficial.
