The ideal candidate will prepare high-quality coffee and specialty beverages, provide excellent customer service, and help maintain a clean and welcoming café environment. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take beverage or food orders. Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, teas, smoothies, and other specialty beverages. Operate coffee machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and correctly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tables, and workstation. Manage inventory, restock supplies, and ensure freshness of ingredients. Handle cash register operations, process payments, and provide accurate change. Answer customer questions and make recommendations based on preferences. Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation guidelines. Support team members and assist in general café duties as needed. Qualifications Previous barista or food service experience preferred but not required (training provided). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask. Strong communication and customer-service skills. Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions. Knowledge of coffee brewing methods is a plus. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
