We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Barista to join our team! The ideal candidate will be skilled in preparing coffee, smoothies, and fresh juices, and provide excellent service to every guest.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks (espresso, cappuccino, latte, etc.)
Make fresh smoothies and juices using fruits, vegetables, and other ingredients
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
Handle payments and operate the POS system
Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
Follow food safety and hygiene standards
Work as part of a team and assist other staff when needed
Requirements:
Previous barista or food prep experience is a plus
Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good personal hygiene and professional appearance
Willingness to learn and adapt
Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
