Hello! I am James. Im opening a coffee shop on Avenue A in March. I'm currently the only person in the business. I'm looking for someone to join to help me once we open as well as before, should they be interested, in crafting the menu and recipes for the drinks. I will be working behind the counter everyday myself and would be down to rotate between back of house and front of house. It's going to be a fun operation and I'm looking for someone who can bring good energy! I'm looking to hire maybe 3 people and have them rotate shifts. We will be open everyday from 8 to 7. You can work as many hours as you like. Pay is $28 per hour. ($11.35/hour that will be topped up to $18 if tips don't do so. Can be more if tips are crazy but no guarantee of that) I'm busy doing the build out for the space for the next couple of weeks. Barista. Must be available mornings during tue week and maybe weekends. Maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for customers. Ability to handle stressful situations. Maintaining the highest quality, consistent product standards. Follows all Company drink recipes and procedures. WE CAN TRAIN IF YOU HAVE NO EXPERIENCE BUT PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND OUT TIME IF YOU CAN’T COMMIT. $12-13.50 plus GREAT TIPS. Tips average $8-12 per hour

Barista

Looking for a full time Barista Thursday-Monday 6am-2pm. Split of all daily tips with only one other employee. MUST have Food Protection certificate, know how to make standard coffee drinks (lattes, cappuccino, espresso, drip coffee, specialty lattes, etc) and latte art. Creativity is a plus! We will have drink specials and would love a barista motivated to collaborate on coffee drinks.

We are looking for an experienced Barista that knows how to deal with espresso machine and knows latte art. Flexible with the schedule and has good team work skli.
