This dual role is crucial for creating an exceptional guest experience, focusing on both expertly crafted beverages and attentive dining service at the bar. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and serve a full range of classic and Italian-inspired cocktails, wine, beer, aperitivi, and digestivi, maintaining consistent quality and presentation., • Provide comprehensive dining service to guests seated at the bar, including taking accurate food and beverage orders and delivering dishes efficiently., • Offer knowledgeable recommendations on our cocktail, wine, and food menus, enhancing the guest's culinary journey., • Maintain a pristine, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times, adhering to all health and safety standards., • Manage bar seating, promptly greet guests, and ensure an attentive and seamless service experience., • Accurately process orders and handle payments using the POS system., • Cultivate a warm, engaging, and memorable atmosphere for all guests., • Uphold all food safety, sanitation, and alcohol service regulations., • Assist with opening and closing duties, including bar setup, stocking, and cleaning., • Collaborate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow. Qualifications: • A minimum of 2 years of bartending experience, preferably within a restaurant environment., • Strong expertise in classic cocktails, wine, and Italian spirits (e.g., Amaro, Aperol, Campari)., • Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively while maintaining high standards of service., • Excellent communication and guest engagement skills., • Comfort and proficiency in taking full food and beverage orders for bar patrons., • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced hospitality setting., • Must meet all legal age requirements for alcohol service.
