A key part of your job will involve adhering to guidelines for the legal and responsible service of alcohol. Qualifications The ideal candidate must be at least 18 years old and consistently adhere to laws regarding the responsible service of alcohol. Excellent communication skills are a must, as you will be interacting with a diverse range of guests and ensuring they have a memorable WOW experience. Additionally, you should be physically capable of lifting 15-20 pounds and be able to maintain a high level of energy and efficiency for shifts lasting up to 8 hours.
