Prep Cook (Kitchen Support) As a Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in supporting the team in the food & drink station by ensuring all ingredients are properly prepped organized in the appropriate areas either refrigerated, or frozen. This includes washing, chopping, and preparing vegetables, fruits, and other of mixes according to our recipes. You will also be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, assisting with basic cooking tasks, and adhering to food safety standards. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes. • Assist with cutting, chopping, peeling, and washing vegetables, fruits. To add one blended mixes with the immersion blender • Organize and maintain prep stations, ensuring all ingredients are ready for use. • Assist chefs and line cooks in meal preparation during service. • Ensure the kitchen and food preparation areas are clean and sanitized. • Adhere to food safety and hygiene regulations at all times. • Assist with restocking ingredients and supplies. Qualifications: • Previous experience as a prep cook or in kitchen support is a plus but not required. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. • Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively with the kitchen team. • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Barista Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in food and beverage preparation or customer service preferred. Training and willingness to continue learning about food and beverage preparation. Exceptional listening and communication skills. Ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods. The dishwasher’s duties include removing soiled plates and flatware from tables, washing them thoroughly, and resetting tables in preparation for the next party. They may also restock items, unload delivery trucks, help prepare cook stations, clean appliances and machines, empty and clean trash receptacles, and other duties, as needed. To be successful as a dishwasher, you should be a committed, communicative team player with excellent time management skills. You should be able to prioritize tasks in a busy setting and adhere to all food safety regulations and procedures. Dishwasher Responsibilities: - Ensuring the availability of clean dishes by bussing tables, washing dishes, pots, pans, and flatware, and resetting dining areas. - Preparing dining areas and kitchen for next shift by cleaning and restocking dining areas and cook stations. - Cleaning machines and appliances used in the kitchen, such as coffee makers, pots, and pans, mixers, etc. - Unloading and storing deliveries. - Sweeping and mopping floors, especially in the event that items are broken or spilled. - Taking out the trash and rinsing garbage cans. - Supporting other restaurant staff members by assisting with other tasks, as needed. - Reporting kitchen accidents or violations of food safety codes and procedures.
