The most important disciplines that this candidate must own are site/ utility and bridge work. Deeply knowledgeable about heavy civil construction implementation and estimating particularly for all or vast majority of the site/ earth/ utility, bridge work, roadwork, concrete, structural steel, including substructure and superstructure concrete, besides foundation work and any other related disciplines.
