Requires sander belt sanding papers- rough and smooth) wood floor and varnish. Very small floor area and closet approx 7’ X 12’. Must be experienced with floor woodwork.
Requires mattress and bed frame disassembled move to living room and back into room after job is completed on floor.
Shelf mounting too.
