The Classroom Aide role entails helping students focus in class, follow their schedule, accompany them on lunch or bathroom breaks, and providing toileting/diapering assistance. Amergis Staffing is looking for a qualified Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to support in the Orange County schools. We are hiring for summer positions and Fall 2024! Requirements: Current license as a Speech Language Pathologist in the state of California (required) Experience working in a school setting as a Speech Language Pathologist (required) Valid CCC (required) What We Offer: Monday - Friday || 37-40 hours a week for Fall and 15-20 hours a week for Summer Pay Rate starts at $80 / hour and goes up DOE Travel package available to those who qualify! Start date: Summer 2024/Fall 2024 with immediate interview via Zoom Shift is between the hours of 7am-5pm (during Benefits available - medical, dental, & vision! Travel Package: Total Weekly: $3036.50 Weekly Allowances (not taxed on paycheck) - $1799 Weekly Taxable on Paycheck: $1237.50 Responsibilities: Provides skilled speech therapy services/interventions to patients with speech, language and/or hearing deficits in accordance with physician orders. Assesses patient needs; plans for, evaluates and modifies care to meet goals of the speech therapy interventions. Collaborates with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient. Instructs patient/family/caregivers on patient's total speech therapy program. Other Speech Language Pathologist duties as assigned. Please note that this pay range represents a good faith estimate of the compensation that will be offered for this positon based on the circumstances. The actual pay offered to a successful candidate will take into account a wide range of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, and other variable factors.
