Position Overview

We are seeking motivated, driven, and people-oriented individuals to join our growing team as Benefits Representatives. Responsibilities

Meet with individuals, families, and business owners to discuss supplemental insurance options.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service.
Educate clients on available benefit programs and recommend appropriate coverage.
Generate new business through networking, referrals, and community outreach.
Maintain accurate client records and follow up with existing customers.
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development.
Work toward individual performance goals while collaborating with a supportive team.
Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Reliable transportation (personal vehicle required).
Smartphone required for communication and business applications.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
Professional appearance and strong work ethic.
Ability to build trust and lasting relationships.
Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule.
Previous sales, customer service, or leadership experience is a plus but not required.
Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license if not already licensed.
