As a Retail Brand Ambassador, you will be the first point of contact for customers, creating a positive and memorable experience while educating them on products and services. Position Overview:
The Retail Brand Ambassador is responsible for executing in-store promotions, increasing brand awareness, and generating new business through direct customer interaction. You will play a key role in representing the brand with professionalism while delivering strong sales results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in retail environments and at events to promote products and services
- Deliver face-to-face sales presentations and explain promotions, pricing, and service options
- Drive new customer acquisitions by guiding customers through the enrollment and purchasing process
- Build rapport with customers to create a positive brand experience and increase retention
- Answer questions, handle objections, and provide solutions based on customer needs
- Represent the brand with professionalism, integrity, and strong communication skills
