Building Automation Systems (BAS) experience is highly preferred. You will report directly to the Program Director and will work remotely, supporting projects based out of Chicago, IL. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Lead and manage end-to-end construction programs, including planning, design coordination, procurement, construction, commissioning, and turnover., • Own schedule, budget, scope, quality, and safety across multiple concurrent projects., • Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and AHJs to ensure compliance with contract documents and codes., • Drive construction planning and sequencing for electrical, mechanical, structural, and controls scopes., • Manage change orders, cost forecasting, risk mitigation, and issue resolution., • Partner with internal teams including engineering, controls, IT/OT, procurement, and operations., • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions to maintain delivery targets., • Support commissioning and successful turnover to operations teams.
