This is a primarily hands-on role, with a strong focus on performing maintenance work rather than just managing. Responsibilities include handling day-to-day repairs such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general upkeep across our properties. You will also coordinate maintenance schedules, communicate directly with tenants, and ensure all work is completed efficiently and on time. In addition, you will be responsible for janitorial oversight, including ensuring common areas are kept clean, garbage is properly handled and taken out on schedule, and overall building cleanliness is maintained. A reliable vehicle is required to transport tools, materials, and supplies between locations.
