Job Summary: As a Carpenter at CMP Contracting, you will be responsible for performing layouts, constructing/framing partition walls, doors, ceilings, and trim work. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring that all work is completed to high standards of quality and safety. Key Responsibilities: - Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and sketches to determine specifications and dimensions. - Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, metals and other materials according to project requirements. - Construct frameworks, including walls and door frames. - Install cabinetry, drywall, flooring, and other fixtures. - Repair or replace damaged structures and fixtures. - Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time. - Adhere to all safety guidelines and protocols on job sites. - Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition. Qualifications: - Proven experience as a carpenter (minimum 7 years preferred). - Proficient in using hand and power tools. - Strong understanding of building codes and safety regulations. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Spanish & English preferred but not required - Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Plumbing mechanics bear significant responsibilities such as assembling, installing, and repairing pipes, fittings, and fixtures of heating, water, and drainage systems. Will-Do Plumbing, Inc. are seeking Plumbing Mechanics who meet the following criteria's - 3-5 years verifiable experience - OSHA 40 - Install cast iron, copper, PVC and black pipes. - Connect copper pipe using solder and silver brazing. - Install boilers, mechanical equipment, HVAC units, and trouble shoot equipment. - Install kitchen appliances including gas stoves, dishwashers, washers/dryers, ice makers, etc. - Clean drivers license - Communication skills - Dexterity - Troubleshooting Skills

We are looking for someone who is familiar with interior renovations. We are a Kitchen and Bath Company, doing all aspects of interior renovations. Must have a valid drivers license, be able to lift and move heavy objects, and be willing to work Monday - Friday 8 hours a day. Must speak English and work well with others.
