In this role, you will be responsible for processing transactions, assisting customers with bike rentals, answering questions, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable rental experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment. Strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently are essential to providing exceptional customer service.
