We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and motivating our sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include developing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with company goals.
- Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to enhance their performance and achieve targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales management role, preferably within the catering or hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to develop and implement sales strategies effectively.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
