Benefits you can count on: • Average Pay: $80,000., • Sign-on bonus: Up to $10,000 for qualified candidates, depending on experience., • 3rd shift-overnight, • Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance., • Paid holidays: earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one., • 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days., • Inspect tractor-trailer for defects pre/post trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition., • Inspect bill of lading and store keys for accuracy in off-hour delivery., • Drive tractor-trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on the road and on customer premises., • Maintain driver log (Manual or Peoplenet) according to DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures and exceptions., • Unload trailer, delivering product into customer premises., • At least 21 years of age, • Valid Class A commercial driver's license (CDL-A), • At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor-trailer driving experience, • Must meet McLane's MVR and risk rating qualifications, • Safety-focused, • Reliable, • Adaptable We've been forging our path as a leader in the distribution industry since 1894.
