The Role You will be part of a four-person housekeeping team responsible for maintaining a large estate home with multiple homes on the property to a very high standard. This is a fully staffed home with housekeeping coverage seven days a week, year-round. Shifts are 8.5 hours, with a 30-minute break. This role requires consistency, reliability, and a team-first mindset. Responsibilities include: • Daily cleaning, deep cleaning, and overall upkeep, • Care of fine surfaces including wood, glass, leather, silver, and specialty finishes, • Laundry, including ironing and fabric care across a range of materials, • Kitchen support alongside the private chef team, • Closet and storage organization, • Maintaining the home in a constant state of readiness, • Occasional support at an out-of-state residence, • Working collaboratively with the team to ensure full coverage across the property What Matters Most • You have real experience working in a private home at a high-level estate home, • You are detail-focused and consistent, • You work well as part of a team, • You understand how to adjust and reprioritize as the day shifts, • You are discreet, professional, and steady Qualifications • 10+ years of full-time housekeeping experience, • Strong English communication skills, • Experience working in a team environment within a private household preferred, • Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and fabric care, • Verifiable references, • Authorized to work in the U.S., • Willingness to travel occasionally and adjust schedule when needed Compensation & Benefits Hourly wage: $45 per hour, plus overtime Medical, dental, and vision (99% covered) 3 weeks paid vacation 5 sick days Daily staff support including meals, snacks, and facilities Uniforms provided
