Role Description


We are seeking a full-time Client & Community Relations Associate to join our on-site team in Paramus, NJ. The role involves managing client relationships, fostering positive connections within the community, and representing Gratitude Homecare's values. Day-to-day tasks include addressing client inquiries, coordinating care services, maintaining strong communication lines with clients and their families, and working collaboratively with the team to ensure a high standard of service delivery. Additionally, the role involves fostering partnerships with community organizations and representing the company at local events.


Qualifications


Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
Proficiency in client relations and customer service to provide exceptional support and care
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients, families, and team members
Analytical skills for problem-solving and improving service delivery
Experience in a client-facing or service-oriented role preferred
Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
Experience in Home care, home health or hospice preffered
Healthcare experience in Bergen & Passiac counties required
