- We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and maintaining various kitchen equipment (hot side) to ensure smooth operations in commercial kitchens.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and perform repairs and preventive maintenance on HOT SIDE commercial cooking equipment such as; convection ovens, combi ovens, pizza ovens, ranges, griddles, grills, kettles, dishwashers, slicers, mixers, etc.
- Complete your assignment from beginning until completed.
- Apply mechanical knowledge to service a wide range of kitchen equipment
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years experience.
- Must have own tools.
- Must have clean drivers license.
- Proven experience as a Kitchen Equipment Service Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing kitchen equipment malfunctions
- Strong mechanical knowledge to service various kitchen appliances
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Customer friendly and the ability to be self-motivated.
- Flexibility to work in tight areas.
