This role involves a blend of sales, customer service, and project management, requiring excellent communication skills and a thorough understanding of fleet graphics solutions. Duties/Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients., • Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell additional services., • Identify and pursue organic opportunities within the company’s existing client base., • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to existing clients., • Negotiate contracts and pricing with existing clients, ensuring profitable deals., • Identify referral opportunities from existing clients and pass to Account Executive team to pursue. Project Management: • Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, installation) to ensure timely and accurate project delivery., • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions., • Maintain detailed records of client interactions, project specifications, and sales activities., • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and project outcomes. Job Requirements Required Skills/Abilities: • Understanding of fleet graphics solutions, including design, production, and installation processes., • Knowledge of industry standards and best practices., • Strong interpersonal and communication skills., • Excellent organizational and project management abilities., • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite., • Ability to work independently and as part of a team., • Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service., • Results-oriented with a drive to achieve and exceed targets., • Problem-solver with a proactive approach to addressing challenges., • Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment., • Office based position. Education and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)., • 3+ years of experience in account management or sales, preferably within the fleet graphics or related industry., • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Physical Requirements: • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer., • Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time.
