We are looking for a dependable and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our team and serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. Your role will involve providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with our company.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing systems.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.

Process orders, returns, payments, or account updates as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; an associate or bachelor's degree is a plus.
Prior customer service experience is preferred (call center, retail, administrative, or remote).
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time effectively.
Proficient with computers, CRM systems, and basic office software.
