Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and issues.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner
• Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Provide accurate information about Aeon Payment Services’ products and services
• Process payments and handle account-related tasks as needed
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
• Proven experience in customer service or a related field
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems
• Basic understanding of financial products and services is a plus
