Dance / Zumba Coach Needed – Behavioral Health & Autism Spectrum Programs (Adults)
Part-Time | Contract | New Jersey Area
We are seeking experienced Dance and Zumba Coaches to join our growing arts-based wellness program serving adults with behavioral health needs and individuals on the autism spectrum.
This role is ideal for confident, compassionate instructors who understand how to lead structured, high-energy classes while maintaining sensitivity, patience, and professionalism in supportive environments.
Responsibilities
- Create a positive, inclusive, and empowering class environment
- Follow class outlines and program goals while bringing your own teaching style
- Maintain professionalism when working with program staff and participants
- Lead engaging Dance and/or Zumba-style classes for adults in behavioral health settings
Qualifications
-3+ yearsof professional dance and/or Zumba instruction experience
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work
- Growth opportunities within an expanding program
