Qualifications: • Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field (preferred)., • 2+ years of experience in administration, finance, or office management., • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; experience with Sage 50 is a plus., • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to balance multiple priorities., • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable, with the ability to work independently., • Must possess knowledge of both cash and accrual accounting methods., • Ability to handle confidential financial information responsibly., • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
