We’re looking for detail-driven go-getters who can move quickly without missing a beat. you’ll review a variety of insurance documents and update hazard insurance information in the client servicing system following established procedures.
You will ensure policies have the proper coverage, disburse payments from escrow accounts when needed, and contact insurance agents or carriers to obtain missing information. Your work will include processing policy changes, sending notices and letters, and completing timely maintenance to meet high-quality service standards.
Requirements:

  • 2+ years of insurance industry experience
  • 2 years of data entry or insurance processing experience
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills for outbound calls to carriers and agents
