Key Food Supermarkets is looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Deli Crew members. In this role, you will be an integral part of our fresh foods department, preparing and serving a variety of delicious deli products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of deli items, including sliced meats, cheeses, salads, and sandwiches.
Accurately slice and weigh products according to customer requests.
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the deli counter, equipment, and work area.
Ensure proper food handling, storage, and safety standards are consistently met.
Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, taking orders, and answering product-related questions.
Stock and rotate products to ensure freshness and minimize waste.
Operate deli equipment such as slicers, scales, and ovens safely and efficiently.

Qualifications:

Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
Basic mathematical skills for weighing, measuring, and pricing products.
Knowledge of food safety practices is preferred, but training will be provided.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in a deli or food service setting is a plus, but not required.
