The RN assesses, plans, delivers, coordinates, integrates, and evaluates nursing care related to patient’s needs. The RN contributes to the support of patients through interdisciplinary teamwork. • Registered Nurse I: The RN I status is only appropriate for a new nurse in the first year of practice, as support from others in incorporated into this role as an expectation. The Life Plan identifies services that meet medical and behavioral health needs, community, social supports, and other necessary services to support them to live their healthiest and most meaningful life.
