Sea to Soul Harlem is looking for a skilled Line/Prep Cook with at least 2 years of kitchen experience. You will assist with food preparation, cook menu items, and ensure the kitchen remains clean and organized while maintaining high food quality. Key Responsibilities: Prep ingredients and cook menu items to order. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen. Ensure all dishes meet quality and presentation standards. Assist with inventory and stock management. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in a kitchen environment. Food Handlers Certification required. Knowledge of food safety and cooking techniques. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and strong attention to detail. Team player with excellent communication skills.
