Short Description: Our firm, Tri-Power Consulting Services, LLC (TPC), seeks a W2 employee to work as an Engineer. Per hour pay rate to commensurate with skills and experience. This hybrid position is as a contractor for our Electric Utility Client based in Hicksville, NY and has a duration of 1 year. Some responsibilities may include but are not limited to: Processing Distribution Interconnection applications for an electric utility which includes a large volume of daily inquiries such as Status update, portal issues, and application deficiencies and Responsible for managing all project accountings and financial aspects of the Interconnection Projects as per the agreed upon technical studies and full compliance with SGIP. Required: Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Electrical Engineering preferred) plus 1-3 years related experience, preferably in an electric utility power engineering role and requires true leadership qualities, strong technical background, and excellent customer service skills.
