We are a team that values problem-solvers who can roll up their sleeves, think on their feet, and keep complex machines humming. * Company Overview: CNC Machine Operator Position Overview: Operate CNC Swiss Screw machines and inspect finished parts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Verify components are produced to print (dimensional and visual inspection), • Change tools., • Make offsets., • Load material and remove scrap., • Fill out various paperwork., • Simultaneous operation of multiple machines, • Minor troubleshooting, • Proven experience with lathe/mill turning machines., • 2-4 years’ experience with Swiss Screw Machines is preferred. (Tornos, Star, Citizen), • Proven experience with lathe/mill turning machines., • Experience using the Fanuc control preferred., • Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints (GD&T symbols)., • Working knowledge of various materials & tools (inserts, endmills, drills Etc.), • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision., • Good communication skills and positive can-do attitude, • Must be dependable and possess a willingness to learn new techniques., • Ability to read and write English.
