Shift hours:4pm to 1:30am CNC Machine Operator Position Overview: Operate CNC Machine Operator and inspect finished parts. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: • Verify components are produced to print (dimensional and visual inspection), • Change tools., • Make offsets., • Load material and remove scrap., • Fill out various paperwork., • Simultaneous operation of multiple machines, • Minor troubleshooting, • 2/4 years’ experience with lathe/mill turning machines., • Experience using the Fanuc control preferred., • Must have the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints (GD&T symbols)., • Working knowledge of various materials & tools (inserts, endmills, drills Etc.), • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision., • Good communication skills and positive can-do attitude, • Must be dependable and possess a willingness to learn new techniques., • mechanically inclined, • 401(k), • Dental insurance, • Health insurance, • Vision Insurance, • Generous Paid time off, • Life Insurance, • Short/Long disability, • Employee referral program, • EAP program, • Employee discounts, • Summer and holiday events Schivo Medical is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
