Job Description Job Title: Rough Clean Operator (3rd Shift) Pay Rate: $19/hour Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM Training Schedule: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM (First 2 Weeks) Now Hiring: Rough Clean Operators – Start Your Career in Manufacturing! Are you looking for a stable, hands-on role with opportunities to grow? We are currently hiring Rough Clean Operators to join our team on 3rd shift. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands, take pride in quality work, and want to build a long-term career in a fast-paced production environment. What You’ll Do • Clean and process metal components to prepare them for final production, • Remove excess material, debris, and imperfections using tools and equipment, • Operate machinery such as grinders, sandblasters, and cutting tools, • Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards, • Sort and organize parts based on specifications, • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, • Support other departments as needed after training What We’re Looking For • Previous manufacturing or production experience, • Comfortable using hand tools and working with machinery, • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly, • Reliable, safety-focused, and ready to learn, • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Why Join Us? • Competitive starting pay at $19/hour, • Consistent full-time schedule on 3rd shift, • Hands-on training provided (1st shift for first 2 weeks), • Opportunities for cross-training and advancement, • Stable work environment with long-term potentialCompany DescriptionAdvance Services provides the most qualified and dependable employees in the market by using our unique comprehensive interviewing /screening process and partnering with our clients.
