Key Responsibilities: • Deliver a premium, consultative sales experience tailored to each client, • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clientele, • Demonstrate expert knowledge of Alfa Romeo and Maserati vehicles, features, and brand heritage, • Conduct vehicle presentations, test drives, and follow-ups with professionalism and attention to detail, • Manage the full sales process from initial inquiry to delivery, • Maintain CRM records and consistently follow up on leads, • Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards, • Stay current on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor offerings Qualifications: • Previous automotive sales experience preferred (luxury experience a plus), • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, • Professional appearance and demeanor, • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset, • Ability to deliver a high-end, client-focused experience, • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Why Join Us?
