Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide appropriate solutions.
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and assess their insurance requirements.
Engage in sales administration tasks, including preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Communicate effectively with clients through various channels, ensuring clarity and understanding of policy details.
Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance policies to secure favorable outcomes for both the client and the company.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on policy renewals.
Qualifications
Proven experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but no required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus.
Proficient in sales administration processes and tools.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Strong negotiation skills with attention to detail.
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is desirable but not mandatory.
