FOH/Cashier - Lin & Daughters - Flatiron - New York

We're a fast casual female-owned operation looking for a part time kitchen helper/packer who can be crossed trained to help in the kitchen as well as the customer front. Must have at least 1 year of kitchen or customer service experience. Currently looking for someone Sundays 11am-9pm. Will have more hours available if the candidate's performance meets expectations.

Position Summary We are looking for a friendly, reliable, and hands-on team member to support our fast-casual service line. This role includes preparing customer orders, engaging with guests, keeping the line organized, and helping teammates during service. Key Responsibilities · Greet customers warmly, explain menu items, and make recommendations. · Build bowls and prepare orders accurately, quickly, and neatly. · Keep the service line clean, stocked, organized, and ready for rush periods. · Support in-store, pickup, and delivery orders with strong attention to accuracy. · Restock ingredients, packaging, utensils, drinks, and condiments as needed. · Help teammates with prep, cleaning, dishwashing, and other tasks during the shift. · Follow food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards at all times. Requirements · 1-2 years of restaurant experience required. · Experience as line staff, counter staff, fast-casual crew, cashier, food runner, or server preferred. · Friendly, customer-focused, and comfortable engaging with guests. · Responsible, punctual, and reliable with assigned shifts. · Able to work weekends and stay calm in a fast-paced environment. · Willing to be hands-on and support the team wherever needed. Compensation Note Team members receive shared tips, but tips may vary by shift. Base pay is based on experience, reliability, and customer service strength.
