Preferably looking for experienced individuals. Must be motivated and be willing to work full time. Commission based. Located in midtown on 34th Street.

Responsabilidades: Atender consultas de clientes presencialmente, por teléfono, correo electrónico y chat. Resolver incidencias y gestionar reclamaciones de manera oportuna. Brindar información precisa sobre productos y servicios. Registrar interacciones y actualizar la base de datos de clientes. Identificar oportunidades de mejora en la experiencia del cliente. Requisitos: Experiencia previa en atención al cliente (mínimo 6 meses recomendable). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita. Capacidad para trabajar en equipo y bajo presión. Position: Front Desk Sales Associate Duties: - First and foremost a sales position. -Contacting warm leads in a timely manner to establish relationship to get them for a first visit -Be knowledgeable about products, programs, and pricing - Present best membership options or class packages to students based on their goals - Ensure new members are welcomed and onboarded -Assisting current members with requests, questions, and concerns Skills Required: - Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills - Goal oriented with an ability to achieve sales targets - Proficient computer skills - Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment - Must work in person or relocate near address: Job Type: Part-time Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour Compensation Package: Commission pay Schedule: 4 hour shift Day shift Evening shift Every weekend Weekends as needed Work Location: In person

Check-in and Check-out: Greet guests, verify reservations, issue room keys, and explain hotel amenities. Process Payments: Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments; issue receipts and invoices. Manage Phone Calls and Emails: Route calls, take messages, and respond to emails professionally. Liaise with Other Departments: Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge to fulfill guest requests. Verify Guest Identity: Ensure safety by checking IDs and maintaining proper records.
