Surf Lodge in Stinson Beach is seeking a friendly and outgoing individual for a part-time Front Desk Host . This role involves welcoming guests, assisting with their needs, and ensuring they have a pleasant stay. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys hosting people, anticipating their needs and loves being at the beach.
Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and register guests upon arrival.
- Assist guests with any needs or inquiries they may have.
- Communicate with guests through our property management system.
- Collect daily payments.
- Resolve issues regarding hotel services, amenities, and policies.
- Clean rooms as needed or when housekeeping support is short.
- Ensure laundry is clean and available for room cleanings when vacant.
Qualifications:
- Friendly and welcoming demeanor.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to use property management systems.
- Flexibility to assist with room cleaning when needed.
- Enthusiasm for hosting people and being in a beach environment.
