Key Responsibilities: Answer customer questions regarding products, services, policies, and procedures Provide information about the company’s offerings, promotions, or special deals. Handle customer complaints, issues, and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Prepare reports on customer interactions, issues, and satisfaction metrics as required. Perform basic data entry and updates in customer management systems.
