We’re hiring an experienced, customer-focused professional to join our takeout and delivery front-of-house leadership team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience who takes ownership of the guest experience and is looking to grow within a fast-paced restaurant environment. This position plays a key role in overseeing the flow of takeout and delivery operations. You’ll be a primary point of contact for guests, delivery drivers, and the kitchen, ensuring orders are handled accurately, efficiently, and with care. Our scoopers are the ultimate Van Leeuwen ambassadors as they exemplify our world-class standards in everything they do. Our Ice Cream Truck team has the opportunity to work music festivals (Governors Ball Music Festival), movie sets, private parties and more! We are looking for self-starters who are easily able to work as part of a team or alone. The ideal candidate is someone with amazing energy, fantastic people skills, and a love for ice cream! This role requires a local Department of Health Food Handlers License. DOH requires you are 18 years or older. This role requires a Motor Vehicle Record.
