We’re not a big-box mattress circus with confusing sales, fake “one-day-only” deals, and more foam than a frat party.
WHO WE REALLY ARE
A long-standing family-run mattress factory selling our own PRIVATE BRAND mattresses, made by real humans, for real humans, who really want to sleep better. We don’t just sell mattresses—we solve sleep problems, win hearts, and occasionally carry large rectangles upstairs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Help customers find the mattress of their dreams (literally)
Explain why a good mattress matters more than a fancy phone
Lie down on mattresses for work (yes, it’s as great as it sounds)
Use humor, honesty, and common sense to guide people toward better sleep
Occasionally reassure couples that yes, you can fix this problem
WHAT YOU WON’T DO
Chase people around the store
Use pressure tactics or cheesy sales scripts
Pretend a mattress will change their entire personality (it won’t—but it will help)
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
A personality (we can train mattress knowledge)
Strong people skills and a decent sense of humor
Someone who listens more than they talk
Retail or sales experience is great—but not required
Must be comfortable discussing sleep, comfort, and the occasional back pain story
