This pay range represents the base pay for each In-Home Health Evaluation (and associated visit) completed by a physician. The number of In-Home Health Evaluations (and associated visits) completed per day may vary. This position is eligible for other reimbursement opportunities, including pay per completed Diagnostic and Preventative Services (DPS), as ordered, in addition to the base pay listed above.
