We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our establishment. Duties
Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and profitability.
Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated team.
Oversee budgeting and financial management to achieve business goals.
Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations while ensuring quality standards are met.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to create menu offerings that align with customer preferences and seasonal trends.
Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and minimizing waste.
Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to maintain satisfaction levels.
Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Skills
Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality management within the food service industry.
Strong knowledge of fine dining practices as well as casual dining operations.
Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
Experience in training development to enhance staff performance and service quality.
Proficient in budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control measures.
