This role will be responsible for developing security solutions, ensuring compliance, and driving best practices across the organization. Key Responsibilities: Security Architecture & Design: Develop and implement enterprise security architecture, ensuring alignment with business objectives and compliance requirements. Risk Assessment & Mitigation: Conduct security assessments, identify risks, and develop mitigation strategies to protect systems and data. Cloud & Network Security: Design and enhance security measures for cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP), networks, and hybrid infrastructure. Incident Response: Lead and participate in security incident investigations, forensic analysis, and threat remediation efforts. Identity & Access Management (IAM): Implement and oversee IAM solutions, including role-based access control, multi-factor authentication, and least privilege access. Security Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations (ISO 27001, NIST, SOC 2, GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, etc.). Security Tools & Automation: Deploy and manage security technologies such as SIEM, IDS/IPS, endpoint protection, vulnerability management, and security automation tools. DevSecOps & Secure Development: Integrate security into the software development lifecycle, working with DevOps teams to ensure secure coding and CI/CD pipelines. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with IT, engineering, compliance, and business units to align security measures with company goals. Security Awareness & Training: Develop and conduct security awareness programs for employees and technical teams. Qualifications & Experience: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience: 7+ years in information security, with at least 3+ years in a senior or architecture role. Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, CISM, CEH, OSCP, AWS/Azure Security Certifications, or equivalent. Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of security principles, threat modeling, and risk management. Expertise in cloud security, network security, endpoint security, and security architecture. Hands-on experience with security tools (e.g., SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, Firewalls, DLP, WAF, etc.). Familiarity with scripting and automation (Python, PowerShell, Terraform, etc.). Understanding of secure coding practices, DevSecOps, and CI/CD security.
